Purchased a product at Full Price and have returned the product within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
Exchange or Credit
Sale items not marked Final Sale can be returned for a Store Credit only.

Faulty
We aim to ensure every order is delivered meeting our quality standards. If your order is received with any fault, please report your concern to our customer care team at lydiasboutiquepc@gmail.com and please include 1-2 images of the damaged or defective product. We are always here to assist.
Wrong Product
If you were shipped an incorrect product, please notify our customer service team immediately by contacting lydiasboutiquepc@gmail.com. We will send you the correct product with a return bag to send back the incorrect product to ensure a smooth process for you.
Jewellery
Beauty Products
We’re unable to process returns for opened and/or used Beauty and Wellness products. All Beauty and Wellness products purchased online, or in-store must be returned unopened, unused, and in original condition with original packaging.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact our friendly Customer Care Team at lydiasboutiquepc@gmail.com, who will be happy to assist in arranging your return or exchange.
Extra Returns Info
All items must be posted in the mail within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items posted after this time frame will be issued with a store credit to the value of the original selling price.
A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price if returned within the 14-day period.
Most returns will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your returned parcel. You will receive a refund or store credit notification via email.
For refunds, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original method of payment.
Gift Card purchases will be refunded in the form of store credit only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where Lydia’s Boutique may have made an error. You will be responsible for any shipping return costs. We recommend you use a trackable shipping method as Lydia’s Boutique accepts no responsibility for items not received or that may have been damaged in transit.
Promotions & Offers
All offers and promotions are subject to the following conditions, in addition to any conditions specified upon receiving the relevant gift with purchase:
- Promotions are only applicable to orders over the minimum value threshold specified in the offer.
- Promotions are only applicable to products specified in the offer.
- Some promotions specify, in the conditions displayed at checkout, that items purchased under the promotion can be returned for store credit only (in the absence of any fault).
- For promotions with a minimum spend requirement, your order must remain at or over this amount after any returns for the offer to continue to apply.
- Lydia’s Boutique takes no responsibility for promotions that were not applied during the checkout process and discounts cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
- Lydia’s Boutique reserves the right to end any promotions, sales or discount offers at any time.
